Viosnap+Gizlilik Politikası

Viosnap+ (“uygulama”), sosyal medyada gördüğün filmleri kaydetmene ve partnerinle ortak liste oluşturmana yardım eder. Bu politika hangi verileri neden işlediğimizi, kimlerle paylaştığımızı ve haklarını açıklar. 6698 sayılı KVKK ve AB Genel Veri Koruma Tüzüğü (GDPR) kapsamındaki hakların saklıdır.
1. Topladığımız veriler
• Hesap verileri: Misafir olarak başladığında rastgele bir kullanıcı kimliği oluşturulur. Giriş yaparsan e-posta adresin ve giriş yöntemin (e-posta ve 6 haneli şifre, Google veya Apple) saklanır. Apple ile girişte gerçek e-postanı gizlemeyi seçebilirsin.
• Çift Modu verileri: Çift kodun, eşleştiğin partnerin, ortak listedeki filmler, Film Eşleştirme’deki beğen/geç seçimlerin.
• Kişisel listen: Kaydettiğin film ve diziler (ad, yıl, afiş, tür, izlendi durumu, notun ve nerede gördüğün) hesabına bağlı olarak bulutta saklanır; böylece başka bir telefonda giriş yaptığında listen seninle gelir.
• Yüklediğin ekran görüntüleri: Filmi tanımak için Google Gemini’ye gönderilir. Ekran görüntülerini sunucularımızda saklamayız.
• Cihazda kalan veriler: İnternet olmadan da çalışması için listenin bir kopyası; dil, tema, ülke ve platform tercihlerin; günlük ekleme sayacın cihazında saklanır. “E-postamı ve şifremi bu cihazda hatırla” seçeneğini açarsan e-posta adresin ve şifren cihazının güvenli deposunda (Android Keystore / iOS Anahtar Zinciri) saklanır.
• Kullanım sayacı: Kötüye kullanımı önlemek için günlük tanıma sayın tutulur.
Reklam kimliği toplamıyoruz, seni uygulamalar arasında izlemiyoruz, analiz veya hata raporlama aracı kullanmıyoruz ve verilerini satmıyoruz.
2. Verileri neden işliyoruz
Filmi tanımak ve bilgilerini göstermek, hesabını ve Çift Modu eşleşmeni çalıştırmak, doğrulama ve şifre sıfırlama kodlarını e-postayla göndermek ve hizmeti güvenli tutmak için. Hukuki dayanak: sözleşmenin ifası (hizmeti sunmak) ve meşru menfaat (güvenlik, kötüye kullanımı önleme).
3. Hizmet sağlayıcılar
• Supabase — hesap, kişisel liste ve Çift Modu veritabanı.
• Google (Gemini API) — ekran görüntüsünden film tanıma, yorum özeti. Google ile giriş seçersen Google hesabı.
• Apple — Apple ile giriş seçersen.
• TMDB, OMDb ve JustWatch (TMDB üzerinden) — film bilgileri, puanlar ve yayın platformları. Bu servislere kişisel verin gönderilmez; yalnızca film adı/kimliği sorgulanır.
• E-posta gönderim servisi — doğrulama ve şifre sıfırlama kodlarını iletmek için.
Bu sağlayıcılar verileri yurt dışındaki sunucularda işleyebilir; aktarım, hizmetin sunulması için gerekli olduğu ölçüde yapılır.
4. Saklama süresi
Hesap, kişisel liste ve Çift Modu verileri hesabını silene kadar saklanır. Kodunu yenilediğinde ortak liste silinir. Film Eşleştirme’de her çift için yalnızca son 10 tur tutulur. Kullanım sayaçları kısa süreli tutulur.
5. Hakların ve hesap silme
Verilerine erişme, düzeltme, silme ve işlemeye itiraz etme hakkın var. Uygulamada Profil › Yasal ve hesap › “Hesabımı ve verilerimi sil” ile hesabını ve buluttaki tüm verilerini anında, kalıcı olarak silebilirsin. Uygulamaya erişemiyorsan viosnap.pages.dev/delete-account sayfasındaki adımları izleyebilir ya da viosnap.app@gmail.com adresine “Hesap silme” konulu bir e-posta gönderebilirsin; talebin en geç 30 gün içinde yerine getirilir. Diğer talepler için bize yaz.
6. Çocuklar
Viosnap+ 13 yaşın altındaki çocuklara yönelik değildir ve bilerek onlardan veri toplamayız.

Privacy Policy

Viosnap+ (“the app”) helps you save movies you spot on social media and build a shared list with your partner. This policy explains what data we process and why, who we share it with, and your rights under the GDPR and Türkiye’s KVKK.
1. Data we collect
• Account data: When you start as a guest, a random user ID is created. If you sign in, we store your email address and sign-in method (email and 6-digit password, Google or Apple). With Sign in with Apple you can choose to hide your real email.
• Couple Mode data: your couple code, the partner you pair with, movies in your shared list, and your like/pass choices in Movie Match.
• Your personal list: the movies and shows you save (title, year, poster, genre, watched status, your note and where you saw it) are stored in the cloud, linked to your account, so your list follows you when you sign in on another phone.
• Screenshots you upload: sent to Google Gemini to recognize the movie. We do not store screenshots on our servers.
• On-device data: a copy of your list (so it works offline), your language, theme, country and streaming-service preferences, and your daily add counter are stored on your device. If you turn on “Remember my email and password on this device”, your email and password are kept in your device’s secure storage (Android Keystore / iOS Keychain).
• Usage counter: a daily count of recognitions to prevent abuse.
We do not collect advertising IDs, track you across apps, use analytics or crash-reporting tools, or sell your data.
2. Why we process it
To recognize movies and show their details, run your account and Couple Mode, email your verification and password-reset codes, and keep the service secure. Legal bases: performance of a contract (providing the service) and legitimate interests (security, abuse prevention).
3. Service providers
• Supabase — account, personal list and Couple Mode database.
• Google (Gemini API) — movie recognition from screenshots and review summaries; your Google account if you choose Sign in with Google.
• Apple — if you choose Sign in with Apple.
• TMDB, OMDb and JustWatch (via TMDB) — movie details, ratings and streaming availability. No personal data is sent to them; only movie titles/IDs are queried.
• An email delivery service — to send verification and password-reset codes.
These providers may process data on servers outside your country, only as needed to provide the service.
4. Retention
Account, personal list and Couple Mode data are kept until you delete your account. Resetting your code deletes the shared list. Movie Match keeps only the last 10 rounds per couple. Usage counters are short-lived.
5. Your rights and account deletion
You can access, correct, delete or object to the processing of your data. In the app, go to Profile › Legal & account › “Delete my account and data” to permanently delete your account and all cloud data instantly. If you can’t access the app, follow the steps at viosnap.pages.dev/delete-account or email viosnap.app@gmail.com with the subject “Delete account”; we complete requests within 30 days. For other requests, contact us.
6. Children
Viosnap+ is not directed at children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect their data.
